Well in this article I'll be going over 10 ruthless American killers whose acts of evil have become a footnote in U.S. history. 10. Alfred Knapp Alfred Andrew Knapp became a small time celebrity after confessing to the death of one woman with some newspapers comparing him to the infamous serial killer H.H. Holmes, however it's been speculated that he might also be responsible for the deaths of at least four other women in the previous years before his capture. In December of 1902 Knapp's third wife, Hannah was strangled and killed by her husband in the early
